LIMITED WARRANTY for heavy duty clutches and flywheels

This unit is warranted against defects in workmanship and material for 1 year/unlimited miles after first placed in service by the first purchaser when operated under normal service. Within the above stated period, we will replace or repair at our option defective parts. Transportation charge for return must be paid by purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, alteration, accident, negligence, or improper installation. This warranty is limited to the value of the part covered and is lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranty of merchantability and fitness of the product for any reason. No consequential damage will be allowed. 

***FAILURE TO MACHINE FLYWHEEL WILL NEGATE WARRANTY***

Proper flywheel machining is critical for peak clutch performance. No warranty claims will be accepted without proof that this has been done!

LIMITED WARRANTY for medium and light duty clutches

This unit is warranted against defects in workmanship and material for 120 days/10,000 miles, whichever comes first after first placed in service by the purchaser when operated under normal service. Within the above stated period, we will replace or repair at our option defective parts. Transportation charge for return must be paid by purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, alteration, accident, negligence, or improper installation. This warranty is limited to the value of the part covered and is lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranty of merchantability and fitness of the product for any reason. No consequential damage will be allowed.
